Repair Warranty Coverage

All repairs performed by MobileFactory come with a comprehensive warranty covering both parts and labor. The warranty period varies based on the type of repair:

  • Screen Repairs: 12-month warranty
  • Battery Replacements: 12-month warranty
  • Charging Port Repairs: 6-month warranty
  • Other Component Repairs: 6-12 month warranty depending on the repair

What's Covered

  • Defects in parts used during the repair
  • Workmanship issues related to the specific repair performed
  • Free re-repair if the same issue occurs within the warranty period
  • No-cost replacement parts if the original part fails

What's Not Covered

  • New physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, water damage)
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues or data loss

Device Purchase Warranty

All devices purchased from MobileFactory come with:

  • New Devices: Full manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months)
  • Like-New/Refurbished: 90-day MobileFactory warranty
  • 30-day return policy for all devices

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issues covered by warranty:

  1. Bring your device and original repair receipt to any MobileFactory location
  2. Our technicians will inspect the device to verify the warranty claim
  3. If approved, we'll repair or replace the part at no cost
  4. Warranty repairs are typically completed within 24-48 hours
